Privacy Policy

General

When you use the website and system services, information about you is collected. Some of this information identifies you personally — such as your name and address, products and services you purchased or requested, the payment means you used, and so on. This is the information you knowingly provide, for example when you register for services. Some of the information does not identify you personally and is not stored together with your details; it is statistical, aggregate information — for example, the pages you viewed, the services that interested you, the IP address from which you connected, and more.

Registration for services

To the extent that personal details are required upon registration for services or when purchasing products, the Company will request from you only the information directly necessary to provide the services or to complete the purchase.

The information collected will be stored in the Company's database and under its responsibility. The Company's databases are registered or will be managed in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and the Company undertakes to comply with the registration and reporting obligations to the Databases Registrar as required by law.

The Company may wish to send you, from time to time by email, information about its services as well as marketing and promotional material. Such information will be sent to you only if you have given your explicit consent, and at any time you may withdraw your consent and cease receiving it. The Company will not transfer your personal details to advertisers; however, it may transfer statistical information about user activity that does not identify you personally.

Disclosure to third parties

The Company will not transfer your personal details and the information collected about your activity to third parties, except in the following cases:

Modern browsers include an option to avoid accepting cookies; if you do not know how to do this, check the help file of the browser you are using.

Information security

The Company implements up-to-date systems and procedures for information security. While these reduce the risks of unauthorized intrusion, they do not provide absolute security. Therefore, the Company does not undertake that its services will be completely immune to unauthorized access to the information stored in them. The Company acts in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017, and implements advanced technological and organizational measures to protect personal information.

Any such transfer will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Israeli law and while taking reasonable measures to ensure the privacy and protection of the information.

Right to review information

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, every person is entitled to review information about them held in a database.
